At LUOMODE, we want your shopping experience to be seamless from checkout to delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your order:

Processing Time

– Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.  

– During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if delays occur.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer reliable shipping methods to get your order to you fast:  

Standard Shipping    –  Within 3 to 7 business days delivery [ Cost based on location ]   

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.   

Delivery Details

     Address Accuracy : Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses.  

     Delays: While rare, carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, or logistics. Contact the carrier directly for updates.  

     Failed Delivery: If you’re unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice. Unclaimed packages return to us, and reshipping fees may apply.  

Returns & Lost Packages 

     Lost in Transit: Contact us within 2 days if your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.  

     Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
