Refunds
- Refund requests are accepted only for damaged products.
- To process a refund, you must provide a video of the package being opened as proof.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Requests without an opening video cannot be processed, and the company will not be held responsible.
Exchanges
- We accept exchange requests within 2 days of the purchase date.
- Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 10-15 business days.
- Exchange requests after 2 days will not be entertained.
